Congratulations! And I applaud you for including communication skills. Several studies of HR departments/reps have uncovered the need for employees with these skills which they cannot teach in an 8 week training course!
Many thanks, JoJo :)
It has been a wild ride getting this book ready for publication, but we're already getting great feedback.
As for communication skills, I think we can see with many of the companies that we deal with on a daily basis that they need to work on their employees' communication skills. Thank you for the work that you do in that arena.
